AS- Property Consultants is owned and operated by Mr. Akhtar Surahyo, a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with Professional Engineers Ontario, Canada; and Ex- Member of many organizations, e.g: American Society for Testing& Materials (ASTM International), Project management Institute USA (PMI), International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) and American Concrete Institute (ACI), possessing 40 plus years of experience in executing and managing Multidisciplinary Projects.

AS-Property Consultants help the clients in obtaining Building Permit to legalize the basement of their house as a second rentable unit including construction. Our associate team of dedicated Professional Engineers and Architectural designers ensure that the Second Unit meets all the mandatory requirements as per the Ontario Building Code. We directly deal with the Registration Process of the city to get you the approval. We also have our own construction team to manage your construction needs.

At AS- Property Consultants, we also provide Home and Commercial inspection services. We perform our duties in a fair, justified and unbiased manner. Our quality inspection services and reporting provide the commercial real estate owners and realtors, investors and other professionals with a high-quality PCR (Property Condition Report) that is useful in making an informed decision. Our professional staff is also available to assist you in your inspection needs and to answer any questions you may have related to the inspection we perform.
